What started as late nights helping friends and family with honest automotive repairs quickly grew into a business founded on transparency, quality workmanship, and doing right by people. After years of seeing customers overcharged for unnecessary repairs and overpriced maintenance services, we set out to create an auto repair shop focused on honest recommendations and dependable service. With a passion for the automotive industry and a commitment to customer care, he works closely with clients to ensure they fully understand their vehicle's needs, recommended repairs, and maintenance options without pressure or unnecessary upsells. From coordinating diagnostics and repairs to providing clear communication throughout the service process, Josh helps create a stress-free automotive repair experience built on trust, integrity, and quality workmanship. His goal is simple: provide dealership-level service with the honesty, transparency, and personal attention of a local independent shop.

OWNER & LEAD TECHNICIAN
With more than 20 years of hands-on automotive repair experience, Mitch brings a lifelong passion for cars and performance to Weekend Auto Pros. His love for the automotive industry started through owning classic cars, building personal projects, and working on everything from rotary engines to big block Chevys. That passion eventually grew into a career focused on high-quality diagnostics, repair, and performance-driven workmanship. As Owner and Lead Technician, Mitch combines real-world experience with modern automotive technology to accurately diagnose and repair a wide range of domestic, European, German, Japanese, Korean, and import vehicles. Whether it's routine maintenance, complex drivability concerns, or major mechanical repairs, he takes pride in doing the job right the first time with honesty, precision, and attention to detail. His goal is simple: provide customers with trustworthy automotive repair backed by experience, transparency, and genuine passion for the craft.

With years of experience in advanced diagnostics, drivability concerns, engine performance, and custom tuning, he has a unique ability to understand how every system on a vehicle works together to achieve peak performance and reliability. From highly modified performance builds and classic restorations to modern direct-injection and turbocharged vehicles, The Tuning Fork combines technical expertise with a relentless attention to detail. His passion lies in extracting the best possible performance from every vehicle while maintaining drivability, reliability, and long-term durability. While he prefers to stay out of the spotlight, his work speaks for itself. Whether diagnosing a complex issue, refining a custom calibration, or optimizing a performance build, he approaches every vehicle with precision, patience, and an uncompromising commitment to excellence. His goal is simple: make every vehicle perform exactly as its owner intended and often better.
